The Account Executive team is key for the exponential growth of Brevo. Account Executives are in charge of closing all large enterprise deals they receive from BDR & SDR.

We are looking for an exceptional lead to drive a team of 3-5 AE focused on the European market.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and you’ll be a major contributor to Brevo’s success in the enterprise segment.

Being an outstanding closer is not enough. You’ll have to coach each individual contributor of your team to achieve better results than you.

As Team Lead Account Executive, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to ensure team alignment with company goals. Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance against sales goals, providing regular feedback and coaching. Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members and recognize high achievers.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely across teams within the revenue, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive efforts and strategies across the company.
  • Accurate forecasting to present to management weekly
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • 5 years of proven sales experience in the SaaS B2B ideally with experience in Martech, CRM industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • You’re excellent in written and spoken communication in French and English with solid interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • You are curious and creative, with a proven track record of building solutions and challenging the status quo
  • You’ve a strong interest in new technologies
  • You’re an active listener, autonomous, ambitious, you are a self-starter and would like to actively participate in the Brevo growth
  • Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach to training and development.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ve experience with Salesforce
