As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will join the People Development team, responsible for building a fast-growing team to support Qonto's ambitions!

You will support Qonto’s growth by being a strategic partner to the business:

• Ensuring that the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals (strategic, business, finance…)

• Creating an employee experience at work that plays a major role in employee engagement, retention, and productivity

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior HR Business Partner at Qonto, you will

Work closely with top managers and business leaders to understand the overall business strategy, and then develop people strategies and initiatives that support and align with these objectives.

Be the point of contact for teams and managers, from their onboarding and for the rest of their time at the company.

Provide HR guidance to managers on a wide range of HR issues, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You will be supported by experts in different HR fields (talent acquisition, people operations, learning & development team, etc…) to deliver the best employee and manager experience.

Ensure the communication channel between the people team and the business units, conveying HR policies, programs, and updates to the employees and managers they work with.

Drive continuous improvement by making sure our People system, initiatives, and processes, answer business needs.

🤝 About your future manager

Your manager will be Bénédicte, our Head of People Experience.

Her background:

Bénédicte worked 10 years at Orange before joining Qonto. She has experienced different kinds of HR roles & positions (HRBP, Human Resources Director) and has worked on several additional topics (such as mergers and acquisitions & organizational changes)

She joined Qonto in 2022 as Head of People Development and is currently leading a team of 15+ People (People Business partners, Talent & Learning Program managers, Compensation and benefits manager) across all our European markets (🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹🇪🇸🇷🇸)

What she can bring to you:

Thanks to her strong HR experience, Benedicte is now focusing on scaling our people experience team in order to support the business with the right level of quality in all areas (delivery, organization, and tooling).

Passionate about all HR-related topics, she is dedicated to her team and aims to provide a five-star HR experience to everyone at Qonto.

🏅 About You

Experience: You have significant experience as an HR Business Partner (or equivalent), in which you have developed knowledge of people practices (talent and performance management, employee relations…) with a strong work ethic.

Business- and solution-oriented: You proactively act to understand your stakeholders’ context and problems, and to deliver solutions based on a strong analysis.

Planning and organization: you anticipate, organize, and coordinate all people's activities, in a fast-paced environment that demands constant adjustment.

Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages: You speak both French and English.

Education: You have a Master's or equivalent degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management or in a relevant field.
