Angèle joined Naxicap Partners in 1997 as an Analyst in order to participate in the development of the Lyon office. In 2009, she took over the management of the Lyon office and was appointed three years later member of the Management Board.
Since her arrival, Angèle has accompanied the transformation of Naxicap Partners from an own-account capital management firm focusing on minority and growth investment to a third-party capital management firm specialized in midcaps majority LBOs.
Angèle has also been responsible of Naxicap Partners' ESG policy since 2016.
With a dual Master Degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and in Sustainable Development at HEC Paris, Johan joined Naxicap Partners as an ESG Analyst in 2016.
Previously, he conducted Corporate Social Responsibility missions for Caisse des Dépôts and for the sustainable development department of CMA CGM.
