Frédéric is our conductor, co-founder and CEO of Namastay, he is passionate about technology and the hospitality industry. Formerly a lawyer specialized in tech and competition, he practiced in Paris, then in London (notably at Amazon Web Services). It was in Paris that he decided to co-found Namastay with Romée de Goriainoff, Alain Falys and Axel Wehr. His role as CEO is to build the team while overseeing the development of the product, both at the strategic and operational levels.

With a background in tourism and hospitality, Megan is our Marketing Manager. From lead generation to press relations and social media, she is in charge of marketing and communication at Namastay. Halfway between an influencer and a strategist, she is known for her attention to detail and creativity.

Living under the California sunshine, Florent is our Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, “Flo” worked at Google, where he held multiple roles at the crossroads of tech and sales. Florent embodies the French way of life and the American way of working, the best of both worlds as some would put it. With this unique blend, he is our own “Maverick”, and pushes the technology team to excel: he will be your wingman any time.

Manon is our Customer Success Manager. In addition to her great knowledge of tourism and hospitality, she is also well known for her determination and ability to solve complex technical issues. Manon is the go to person for our customers from the deployment onward. Her joyful attitude comes with some outstanding cooking skills, and her home baked cakes rarely survive long in the office. Oh, and if you don't believe that Shiva exists, come and see Manon juggling a multitude of simultaneous tasks on a daily basis.

You probably already came across him on the Eurostar, at Lake Titicaca or deep in the mud at Glastonbury music festival: Ben is our orchestra conductor. As our Product Manager, he identifies our customers' needs and makes them resonate with the short, medium, and long term business objectives that are set at Namastay. With a background as a mathematician and having worked for Worldpay and Stint, he has no qualms about tackling a wide range of technical issues relating to payment. Also, a former water polo superstar, he has retained a unique ability to keep his head above water to keep a clear head, he articulates what success looks like for our product, and rallies the team to turn that vision into a reality. Goal!

After a few years spent in the shadow of the Forbidden City, Charles, our Chief of Staff & Head of Operations became the cornerstone of Namastay. As our People’s champion, he acts as a sparring partner to our CEO and Board: building, planning, and coordinating the company’s activities, across operations, finance, sales, compliance, admin and HR. Charles makes things happen, and, with a background in political science, he will never shy away from a heated debate…or a ping pong match. Armed with his usual smile, he is waiting for you to challenge him to become the new Namastay 乒乓 champion.

Perhaps you thought you saw Javier at the Camp Nou or at the last World Cup? We did too. Our very own Pedri look-alike is as precocious and promising a talent as the Spanish midfielder. And just as well, he is also Namastay's star player. Javier is our Head of Engineering, leading our development team with his positive and always contagious energy. He started programming when he was 12, and has been assembling teams, developing solutions, learning and implementing multiple technologies since he was 15 years old. Més que un Jefe de Ingeniería!

Alain, co-founder and investor, is also the founder of Yoyo Wallet, and a serial entrepreneur specialized in payments. A polyglot, he shares his good ideas in English, German, Italian and Spanish, an asset for relations with Namastay's potential customers and investors. When he is not on a plane between London, Munich or Barcelona, Alain is with us in the office in Paris.

Marie-Agnès is our secret weapon. She is the sales director and you will often see her between two customer meetings. She will train you to be the best salesperson if you join the sales team. The most important thing in this job is persistence and the conviction to be in the right place at the right time and to bring added value to her clients. Her goal: to develop the sales strategy in such a way that Namastay signs with the best hotels.
