    Job description

    Who are we?

    Job description

    You will participate in Lemon Learning’s growth as a Business Developer and discover a courageous, demanding and respectful sales approach to both our customers and our mission to help millions of employees get started with software more easily.

    Lemon Learning has not broken down its sales approach, so you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from appointment to closing. Our approach is focused on efficiency and the ability to offer a high value-added solution to the customer; this approach can be considered as consultative selling. In concrete terms, you work on contracts with large amounts of money, with people of a certain level, which is more stimulating than carrying out demos in a very “transactional” mode.

    You will work under the responsibility of Pierre, the founder of Lemon Learning, who himself made the first million of Lemon Learning’s turnover, and who will make you benefit from his experience.

    Although your main market is France, we do trade shows abroad and some of our clients are international, which gives you additional perspectives.

    Your mission

    As a bilingual German speaker. You are in charge of the prospection activity (mail, phone, appointments) You sign new projects You will manage your own customers and set up pilot projects You organize and participate in trade shows and events You help to set up commercial processes, and follow up results and the CRM You make the link with the project and technical teams

    Onboarding and coaching are fundamental points of our method:

    • You can benefit from the advice of a sales coach More than 120 hours of onboarding and coaching are planned during the first months. One-on-one sessions with Lemon Learning’s manager A supportive atmosphere within the sales team

    • Phase 1 : 0 to 3 months Learn how to make appointments Master the product and the demo Understand the stakes of our customers Sign your first contracts

    • Phase 2: 3 to 9 months You sign contracts on a more regular basis You are an expert in your clients’ needs and can advise them in the best possible way You keep the link with the customer to guarantee the success of the projects

    • Phase 3: 9 months and more You increase the turnover of several 10 K€ per month You increase your autonomy and responsibility You start to train new sales people You bring your ideas and innovations to the sales process Optional: you specialize on an industry / a tool Your objectives will be above 50K / month of signed contracts, with a product, a strategy and a team structured to reach and exceed this objective.

    • Attractive fixed salary

    • Variable unlimited

    • Sales training worth 12000€ upon your arrival (in addition to internal coaching)
