🎯 Mission

We’re looking for a Renewal & Billing Specialist to join our lean Finance & Ops team and help make our finance engine run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to billing, cash collection, and financial operations.

You will report to our Head of Finance and you will work closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Sales Teams.

💪 What you'll be doing

• Own and optimize our Accounts Receivable process

  • Follow-up with clients on overdue payments

  • Use and manage tools like Upflow to drive efficient cash collection

• Support Accounts Payable

  • Help forecast cash flows and manage supplier payments

• Manage Billing Operations

  • Prepare quotes, handle plan upgrades and subscription changes in collaboration with the Sales & Customer success teams

  • Ensure correct product/subscription provisioning and become a Stripe wizard

• (Optional, based on interest and skills):

  • Contribute to AI automation projects (e.g. Slack bots, finance ops tools)

  • Assist with financial reporting and dashboards (e.g. Gsheet, Notion)

🧠 You’re a good fit if…

• You have 1 to 4 years of experience in finance operations, billing, or ops

• You’re hands-on, structured, and love making processes more efficient

• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS tools

• You're rigorous and able to communicate clearly with customers

• You’ve worked (or want to work) in a product-led, fast-paced environment

• Bonus points if you're familiar with SaaS business models & if you’ve used: Stripe, Upflow, Pennylane, Notion, GSheets, No-code tools/APIs
