Your mission is to build and scale a partner-driven revenue engine by identifying, signing, and nurturing the right channel partners for lemlist.
You’ll be focused on finding companies that match our IPP (Ideal Partner Profile) — think: CRM integrators, RevOps consultancies, and IT service firms — and enable them to become powerful resellers of lemlist.
This is a hybrid hunter + farmer role where you’ll need to:
Sell the value of the Lemlist partner program to qualified companies
Onboard, educate, and activate new partners
Drive pipeline and ARR through your partners
Ensure continuous partner enablement and success
You will be one of the first hires in this function, with the opportunity to own and build a scalable channel strategy over time.
After 1 month
You’ve become a lemlist master
You’ve started engaging with our first few partners
You understand the partner IPP and positioning inside-out
After 3 months
You’ve onboarded at least 12 partners into the IPP
You've generated qualified pipeline through your partner base
You’ve built repeatable enablement and activation workflows
After 12 months
Your partner ecosystem is generating $1M+ in ARR/year
You’ve built strong relationships with top-performing partners
You’ve set the foundation for a world-class partner program
3+ years experience in Channel, Partnership, or Sales roles in SaaS
Proven ability to build and manage a partner pipeline from scratch
Deep understanding of how to create value for and through channel partners
Strong ability to educate, influence, and enable partners to drive sales
Comfortable with CRM, sales enablement tools, and outbound prospecting
Great communicator – both 1:1 and at scale
Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, scrappy, and results-oriented
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Bonus if you have:
Experience selling or partnering in the SalesTech, RevOps, or CRM ecosystem
Built a channel or partnership motion before
