The Business Development Representave responsibilies include idenfying, qualifying and nurturing prospects; building trust, uncovering compelling events and presenng Kyriba’s unique business value with the goal of developing a sales-ready opportunity. The Business Development Representave will play a pivotal role in supporng business growth for our Northern European Channel.
Your dues are outlined, but are not limited to, below:
Perform outbound calling acvies combined with email (Cold Calls)
Building rapport with contacts by offering resources and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
Follow-up on inquiries from markeng campaigns
Gather key informaon to update the contact informaon in SalesForce.com
Idenfy and qualify new opportunies
Maintain forecast and reports forecast to manager
Enhance product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions
Aend field sales meengs/trainings as appropriate
Establish and maintain strong relaonships with the field sales teams they support
Provide qualified sales-ready leads to the field sales organizaon to further account development/penetraon efforts
Enter pernent prospect informaon into CRM. Updates and expands as interacons occur.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Languages
Excellent standard of spoken and wrien French
Fluent in English Character
Excellent communicaon skills with the ability to communicate technical and business informaon to internal and external stakeholders
Effecve listener to understand prospects’ needs
Strong phone presence to allow for effecve prospecng and selling
Focused on delivering an excellent service to our clients
Strong work ethic and self-movated to achieve results
Ability to work under pressure

Practical Experience
• Highly successful track record in inside sales or cold calling environment
• Ability to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talk me
• Must be arculate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to learn complex Treasury concepts and incorporate into daily interacons and conversaons
• Ability to build rapport with prospects and transion inquiries over me to the sales force
• Strong phone, prospecng, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Understand the customer’s environment and introduces new concepts to solve the customer’s problems
• Effecve listener to understand prospect needs
• Ability to effecvely communicate with internal stakeholders
