Job description


Are you a digital native with an international background? Do you keep yourself up-to-date with digital news and new technology? Are you dynamic, motivated, eager to learn, open-minded, sociable and optimistic? Do you have commercial awareness and are you business oriented? Are you a well-rounded person with a hands-on mentality? If you answered yes to all those questions, then you should read further!


Reporting to our Director of Operations UK, you will be in charge of looking after our network of publishers, in the UK and US. Your tasks will include:

  • Recruitment of new publishers in the UK and US
  • Analysis & Reporting : keeping track of KPI’s and preparing reports to review and make recommendations to our publishers
  • You will use all your expertise and knowledge in affiliate marketing to support and service our top tier partners
  • Newsletter creation and scheduling to our network of partners
  • You will attend to and host networking events (digital for now, hopefully physical soon) : fairs, plenary meetings, breakfasts, etc. to strengthen relationships with our publishers and to expand our network
  • Upkeeping relations with top publishers

Preferred experience

  • You must be native or fluent in English
  • Background in digital marketing, digital, business or a related field
  • Some knowledge of affiliate marketing and/or digital advertising techniques
  • First hand relevant experience in: Marketing, Sales, Account Management, etc.
  • Good commercial sense and negotiation skills
  • An ability to analyze and synthesize data
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Curious and proactive, you must be a problem solver
  • A team spirit and willing to help colleagues
