Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing media campaigns end-to-end, maintaining strong client and publisher relationships, and actively supporting the sales process.. Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign & Media Management
Research target audiences and market insights ;
Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives ;
Plan, purchase, and optimize media campaigns across TV, press, and digital/online channels ;
Set and manage media budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and performance delivery ;
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on real-time data and KPIs ;
Prepare action plans, optimizations, and performance reports.
Client & Sales Support
Work closely with clients to define campaign goals and media objectives ;
Present media proposals, strategies, and detailed cost breakdowns to clients ;
Participate in the sales process by supporting pitches, proposals, and strategic recommendations ;
Analyze campaign results and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Publisher & Media Owner Relations
Maintain strong relationships with media owners and publishers ;
Negotiate placements, rates, and conditions ;
Manage cooperation with top publishers, including loyalty-building and performance optimization ;
Oversee invoicing and operational coordination.
Other Responsibilities
Actively participate in internal meetings and cross-team collaboration ;
Develop and grow your network of media, publisher, and client contacts ;
Proactively anticipate market changes and operational challenges ;
Use internal platforms and tools to manage campaigns with real-time statistics and insights.
Attend digital and physical events : trade shows, evening workshops, breakfast…
A background in Business, Marketing, Communication Advertising or related field (min. bachelor degree);
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of media planning, media buying and or digital marketing whether advertiser, publisher or agency side;
Experience with health and beauty brands is a strong plus ;
Experience in budgeting and project management ;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ;
A genuine passion and a solid knowledge of current media trends, platforms and market dynamics ;
Good commercial sense as well as presentation and negotiation skills;
An ability to analyze and synthesize data with a good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets ;
Proactive ;
A collaborative mindset and will to help colleagues ;
Fluent in Polish, both writing and speaking, and a very good command of English. Any other additional language would be an asset.
