We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) desk, where you’ll play a key role in helping us connect with potential clients in the construction industry. As part of our fast-paced, high-energy team, you’ll be calling inbound leads, qualifying them, and booking demos for our Account Executive team – all while having fun and growing your sales skills!
This is a remote role (with option to come to office in Paris), so you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere but on the DACH timezone – and you have to speak German! 🌍
Inbound Lead Qualification
Take charge of contacting inbound leads who have downloaded Kraaft and showed interest in our product. You’re not doing cold call, so you’ll see: people are super friendly when we call them to help! since they were already interested in the app ;-)
Understand their construction site pain points and qualify them to see if they are a good fit for our solution.
Demo Booking
Your main goal: book as many demos as possible for the Account Executive team. You’ll focus on hitting your demo booking target and driving the success of our sales pipeline.
Engage in friendly, professional conversations with leads to schedule demos that help them explore the value of Kraaft in their daily operations.
Building Relationships
Build rapport with leads by listening actively to their challenges and providing relevant insights into how Kraaft can help streamline their construction site management.
Be the friendly voice that introduces potential clients to Kraaft and gets them excited for their demo!
Work with a High-Energy Team
Collaborate with our Account Executive team and other SDRs to share knowledge, learn best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Participate in team meetings and stand-ups, where you’ll have the chance to improve your skills and help others grow.
Culture Fit

Comfortable in your skin – this is a junior role, so no prior sales experience is required, but you should be confident and willing to make those calls! 📞
