    KBC Group je součástí skupiny KBC, která spojuje banky a pojišťovny KBC a ČSOB v Belgii, Bulharsku, České republice, Irsku, Maďarsku a Slovensku. Jejich klienty jsou právě jednotliví členové skupiny a stručně řečeno dělají vše, co se děje v pozadí banky. Člověk u nich má možnost nahlédnout do procesů, ke kterým by se jen tak nedostal, a přitom nemusí pracovat přímo v bance. V roce 2011 v Brně otevřeli Shared Service Center. Začínali tam v dvaceti. Postupem času, jak se rozšiřovaly tamější prostory, přibírali nové úkoly a kolegy. Dnes je jich tam více než 1000, a to je teprve začátek.

    Job description

    We are looking for a person to give a helping hand to our management. If you think that this job is just about making tea and coffee, you would be mistaken. On the contrary, you will perform a wide variety of activities and tasks that need special attention. Although we are a bit bigger family, we still maintain a friendly atmosphere and warm relationships from a time when we were a much smaller company. That is why we are looking for somebody with a positive attitude who is level-headed and is in a good mood.

    Preferred experience

    Your responsibilities:

    • planning meetings, agenda-keeping and recording everything important
    • you will be responsible for organizing the agreed-upon things
    • you will often complete various reports and documents
    • you will work with attendance system (checking absences and updating holidays)
    • you will keep agenda of managers, prioritize and organize meetings
    • you also have to manage business trips and facilitate everything that needs to be done
    • you will create ad hoc presentations and documents

    Recruitment process

    We expect:

    • you speak English well – you will use it on daily basis (spoken and written), English is our internal language
    • you speak Czech/Slovak
    • reliability – this is what characterizes you – trust is crucial to us
    • you understand things quickly and think about them – when something does not make sense to you, you try to find out what is wrong – you are not afraid to ask, you can see things in perspective and you have common sense
    • you are attentive – you have an eye for detail, you can notice typos and things others will not
    • you are flexible – you do not mind a fast-changing environment
    • you can manage on your own – deciding is not a problem for you, we need independence
    • you want to learn – “I like learning new things” is not a cliché to you

    We offer:

    • We provide a meal voucher card with an employer’s contribution of 57 CZK, totaling 80 CZK / weekday = approx. 1140 CZK per month. You can use this card in Campus Square and for some restaurants we also have a discount.
