What will you do
You’ll be in charge of enlarging the existing Workday system and providing sophisticated second-level support. You’ll closely cooperate with other HR System specialists within your team as well as other countries’ teams. Managing extraction and conversions of all necessary data from Workday to the local HR Core system, is going to be the job on daily bases too.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR departments in defining, implementing and documenting HCM Core business functions our global HR platform Workday with a focus on integration aspects
Manage extraction and conversion of all necessary data from Workday to the local HR core systems, provide guidance and training to the end users in the countries
Support testing activities
Set up and utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to make mass updates in Workday for compensation updates, job changes, etc.
Support of creation and development of group wide business process templates
Actively research for new enhancements and releases in Workday and align with the HR community on decisions how to best use these new enhancements to support current and new business processes.
Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
Regularly provide support to end-users
You are an ideal candidate, if you possess:
University degree in a business or technical field (or comparable qualification / experiences
Minimum of three years professional business and technical experience within the area of HR Systems with an international background
Good Knowledge of Workday HCM core, advanced compensation, security, learning, reporting
Ability to learn new technologies and technical skills quickly
Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes
Experience working with software delivery and support (SaaS experience)
Understanding of protocols, networks, web services would be an advantage.
High analytical, communicative and organizational skills
Structured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementation
Willingness to participate in roll-out projects worldwide, to travel and to regularly provide support to end-users
Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation
