Over the past nine years, Gojob has developed cutting-edge technology to streamline access to work, primarily through AI-based Matching between job offers and candidates. We’ve also empowered our recruiters with automation, enabling them to focus on their core expertise: recruitment. More recently, we leveraged genAI technology called Aglae to create an agent that automatically prequalifies candidates using a unique technology of virtual assistant and conversation orchestration.
After successfully deploying these technologies and new workflows internally for our recruiters, the goal is now to also bring an AI-powered recruitment SaaS offer on the global market. First, by ensuring a successful rollout with already-signed first clients.
To achieve this, we are seeking for a Program Director based in Japan to deploy our technology at a major client with branches throughout Asia.
Responsibilities
Lead the large-scale deployment of Aglae in Asia
Oversee the rollout of potentially 4 countries in Asia.
Build a strong team composed of project managers, customer success managers, change management support, implementation managers, and technical support, to rely on for the deployment.
Define and execute a deployment strategy in coordination with the global professional services team
Track adoption and performance KPIs to ensure successful implementation, deployment and adoption.
Engage and align key customer stakeholders
Work closely with the client’s C-levels people and sponsors of the project
Translate strategic priorities into concrete action plans and ensure strong stakeholder buy-in.
Maintain a proactive and structured communication approach to drive adoption at all levels.
Drive continuous improvement in deployment and adoption and design deployment & change process for AI solution in large HR organizations
Establish monitoring and optimization processes to enhance scalability.
Collect and analyze user feedback to refine the deployment strategy.
Implement a culture of continuous improvement, adapting methodologies and tools as needed.
Experience & Key Skills
8-15 years of experience in digital transformation program management within large multi-site organizations.
Proven track record in deploying large-scale tech solutions (AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Strong ability to engage senior public sector leaders and navigate complex political and operational environments.
Experience leading Customer Success, Deployment, or Change Management teams.
Bilingual Japanese (native is best) and English
