At Fluxym we have employees on 3 continents who are primarily assigned to 3 different divisions. The teams in the Operations division provide our customers with day-to-day support in digitizing their Source-to-Pay processes. They are supported by the sales team who develop our business nationally and internationally, and by our support functions who ensure a successful employee and customer experience!

Consultants Team
Being a Fluxym consultant means first and foremost being trained in the solutions we integrate, and then being able to intervene at every stage of a project. Your mission is to adapt the software to the customer's needs, from the Design phase, through the Build phase, right up to the Go Live!
It all started with a 6-month internship as part of my final year of Master's degree 3 years ago, and the adventure has been going on ever since!

Team Leaders
Consultants can also be Team Leaders. They supervise a team of consultants, starting with their integration and training, then working with them to define their annual objectives and monitor the projects they are working on.

Team Sales !
The sales team aims to develop Fluxym's business in France and abroad! Collaborative work between pre-sales consultants and sales engineers enables us to present a solution tailored to the needs of our prospects in terms of digitizing their Purchasing and Finance processes. The sales team also strives to establish a genuine partnership with our customers by being present throughout the project life cycle, and by listening to them afterwards for any change requests!
Project Managers
The project manager ensures that projects run smoothly by being the main point of contact with our customers and the relay point with our teams of consultants. Like an orchestra conductor, his or her missions are to manage the planning, budget monitoring, risk reporting and to lead functional workshops, project committees, and steering committees!
