Elsa is a Lebanese chemist that holds a PhD in organic and supramolecular chemistry from University of Strasbourg. After her thesis, she went on to pursue her academic research in Belgium. She then joined Ever Dye where she's in charge of developing an environmentally friendly pretreatment that improves the affinity of their dye to fabrics.
In her free time, Elsa enjoys reading romantic novels, travelling, and trying new cuisine.
Meriem is an Algerian materials chemist with a PhD from the Université des Sciences d'Oran, where she developed and modified anionic clay nanoparticles for use in pharmaceutical and environmental applications. She then pursued two exciting postdoctoral positions at CNRS, focusing on smart coatings and the creation of vibrant new inorganic pigments for the paint industry.
Outside the lab, Meriem loves exploring nature on long hikes and a good sport session at the gym.
Victor is a finance pro with a degree from ESSCA Angers. He kicked off his career in banking before diving into the world of luxury at Kering for more than 10 years. Curious about the big climate and social challenges ahead, he decided to switch gears and put his skills to work on a mission that matters: cleaning up textile dyeing.
When he’s not thinking about the future of the planet, Victor’s probably on the road or curating the perfect playlist—his music taste is top-notch.
Margot has a PhD in Energetic & Process Chemistry and Materials Science from Chimie ParisTech. During her doctorate, she worked with EDF as a research engineer, focusing on the synthesis and optimization of high-performance solar cells.
Outside the lab, you’ll find her whipping up delicious homemade meals or spiking volleys on the volleyball court.

The textile industry is one of the most polluting in the world, and dyeing processes represent its highest impact with half the industry's carbon emissions, and 20% of world water pollution.
Founded in August 2021, EverDye develops an innovative dyeing process combined with a biosourced pigment to depollute the textile industry. Their green chemical solutions allow dyeing mills to produce 5x faster with 15x less energy while fitting into existing infrastructures.
