Job description
We’re looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Membership team, supporting our network of 85000+ rated companies in maximising the value of their EcoVadis subscription. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be able to develop skills in different areas during the course of their internship.
Job description:
Support the Membership team in their daily tasks - administrative activities related to accounts management, such as launching assessments, preparing reports, identifying upsell opportunities etc
Create content to support the team with their clients and communication
Help and support developing new processes
Contact customers to promote upsell and retention
Other duties as necessary

Preferred experience
Previous experience in customer care or another customer facing role required
Degree holder in Management or Marketing
Fluency in English, French a strong plus
Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of Excel
