    Job description

    We’re looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to join the Membership team, supporting our network of 85000+ rated companies in maximising the value of their EcoVadis subscription. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and will be able to develop skills in different areas during the course of their internship. 

    Job description:

    • Support the Membership team in their daily tasks - administrative activities related to accounts management, such as launching assessments, preparing reports, identifying upsell opportunities etc

    • Create content to support the team with their clients and communication

    • Help and support developing new processes

    • Contact customers to promote upsell and retention

    • Other duties as necessary

    Preferred experience

    • Previous experience in customer care or another customer facing role required

    • Degree holder in Management or Marketing

    • Fluency in English, French a strong plus

    • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail

    • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment

    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

    • Knowledge of Excel
