Chargepoly grows at high speed globally. In 2023 we opened our first subsidiary in US and 3 employees are expatriated to develop business in North America. Other branches will be opened in Europe and will be additional opportunities for professional mobility. All managers are in charge of training and supporting the teams, at personal and professional levels. Frequent reviews are set to share needs and objectives together.
