Inside the 3-Stripes Strategy ⚽ 🎾 👟 Last week, the ESSEC Sport Chair had the incredible opportunity to step inside the adidas Paris office. A huge thank you to JB Hormiere for organizing such a seamless and welcoming visit. It was a privilege to hear from Florent Deschuyteneer, who gave us a fascinating look into the strategic vision driving the brand forward. What stood out most was the sheer diversity of career paths presented by the team. From marketing to communication, retail to strategy, the staff showed our students that there isn't just one way to work in sports—there are many. Lastly, Guillemette Fialon presented the recruitment process and gave our students the keys to unlock these opportunities. The feedback from the students? They loved it.
