📋 Context
As part of the People France dream team (more than 10 people in France) and reporting to the HR Manager, you will be in charge of a perimeter of 100-120 employees. As a HR Business Partner, you will be the guarantor of the transmission and perpetuation of the values and culture of Younited through all our HR processes and actions.
Your responsabilities
Support the Younies of your perimeter in all the stages of their development: onboarding, development of competences, evolutions, mobilities
Guide and coach managers in the best organization of their teams and in the resolution of their HR issues: scaling of the organization, performance management, identification and retention of talents, career paths, compensation, legal & disciplinary
Deploy our HR processes (evaluation interviews, salary increases, training & development, etc.) and participating in their evolution in line with Younited’s strategic objectives
Regularly benchmark innovative market practices in order to develop our actions
Monitor the HR indicators of your perimeter and implement the associated action plans
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in human resources, including solid experience as an HRBP
You have a good understanding of the challenges of a growing scale-up
You identify with our values
You are a brainstormer who is always ready to take on the craziest challenges
You are very organized and able to manage several subjects at the same time in autonomy
You are an excellent communicator and a good listener to your friends and colleagues
You are fluent in English
