We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to own quality across our product, with a strong focus on checkout flows, backend systems, and end-to-end user journeys.

The QA Lead will ensure that customer integrations and product enhancements meet a consistently high quality bar before reaching production, balancing fast product innovation with robust quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Ownership & Strategy

• Own the QA strategy, standards, and quality gates across the product

• Act as the go / no-go authority for production releases

• Promote a strong quality culture across Product and Delivery teams

Integrations, Checkout & Product Quality

• Own QA for customer checkout integrations and core product flows

• Proactively identify integration and regression risks

• Ensure reliable validation of new features and changes end-to-end

• Ensure cross-browser / cross-device compatibility and consistency across critical user journeys

Backend, API & Non-Functional Quality

• Define testing standards for APIs, backend services, webhooks, and third-party integrations

• Ensure functional and non-functional quality, including performance, reliability, and failure scenarios

• Ensure accessibility standards are considered and validated across critical user journeys

E2E, Automation & Tooling

• Define and own the test automation strategy (backend and E2E)

• Ensure automated test suites are reliable, maintainable, and actionable

• Decide which scenarios must be automated vs tested manually

• Leverage AI-assisted testing to improve coverage, speed up testing, and reduce maintenance overhead

• Collaborate with Infrastructure on CI/CD quality checks & Data on Validating data integrity and tracking events

Issue Management & Release Confidence

• Ensure issues are clearly reported, prioritized, and validated

• Prevent regressions through effective testing strategies

• Provide clear release confidence to stakeholders

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA

• Strong background in backend, API, and integration testing

• Experience with E2E testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar & AI based testing tools)

• Strong understanding of risk-based testing

• Comfortable working in fast-moving, frequent-release environments

• Professional-level English required
