Mission

Own the UI/UX strategy and execution for both marketplace (client side) and SaaS interfaces (artists side)

UX/UI design

• UI/UX designer is part of the product team with 2 PM and 1 PO an is responsible for the interfaces for clients artists.

• Marketplace UX/UI is quite stable and mature, SaaS UX/UI is to be built

Core responsibilities

• Own the entire design lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and user research to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and shipped features

• Translate product and business needs into intuitive and consumer-centric experiences, especially for consumer recurring journeys

• Lead user discovery independently by conducting interviews, usability tests, and analysis, and turning insights into clear, actionable design decisions.

• Design scalable and consistent interfaces by building, maintaining, and evolving a design system and reusable UI components.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech and business stakeholders (Steerco) to ensure fast iteration and high-quality execution.

• End-to-end design ownership: proven experience owning UI/UX from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity design and shipped features, ideally as the sole designer in a small team or startup environment.

• Fast, iterative problem solver: able to quickly translate business needs into wireframes and prototypes, iterate with stakeholders and users, and converge toward simple, effective solutions.

• Strong discovery & user-centric mindset: genuine care for users, with hands-on experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) into clear, actionable insights.

• Execution excellence: highly hands-on designer who manages timelines, collaborates closely with Product and Engineering, and ensures designs are delivered and shipped with a high bar for quality.

• SaaS / consumer-recurring experience: familiarity with SaaS and/or consumer recurring products, with the ability to benchmark competitors and apply best-in-class UX patterns pragmatically.

• AI adopter: curious and proactive in using AI tools to accelerate design workflows, improve decision-making, and raise overall quality.
