We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our highly driven Marketing and Communications team. During your internship you will gain in-depth insights into the characteristics of Growth Marketing in the B2B world. Reporting to the local Growth Marketing Lead, you will always be involved in several projects.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Help improving campaigns for Google Ads to further optimize the SEA performance 
  • Test and optimize several paid campaigns on LinkedIn using the Campaign Manager
  • Create landing pages in Prismic to push the website and SEO performance
  • Assist with the planning, optimization and analysis of multi channel campaignsWork on lead management and support interdepartmental collaboration with our sales teams
  • Implement your own ideas with the goal of improving Malt’s lead gen activities and test them within experiments (MVPs)
  • Work within a great, highly motivated team and directly together with the local Growth Marketing Lead
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is preferred)
  • First experiences in growth marketing (preferably with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Prismic and/or Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Drive for results with an ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Fluent English & German written and spoken (French is a plus)
  • Work permit for Germany is mandatory
  • First call with Chloé (Talent Manager Benelux) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
  • Interview with Peter (Senior Online Marketing Manager) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Final interview with Hendrik (Director Marketing & Operations DACH) and one of your future colleagues to test your skills and competences (60 minutes)
