Descriptif du poste

🤝 As a founder associate - Sales, your role will consist of convincing retail companies, banks, and fintechs to provide environmental insights to their customers!

You will contact any person in charge of implementing a product or customer environmental labeling policy (CSR Manager, founders, …).

You will work hand-in-hand with Julien, the CEO, generating qualified leads for him and the rest of the Sales Team Welow will build over time.

What will you be doing? 🎯

  • Generate new sales opportunities for the CEO with the help of the Growth & Marketing Team.

  • Identify companies and people to target in your industries.

  • Use cold calling, e-mailing, and many more channels to reach out to your targets.

  • Qualify these leads & pitch Greenly’s value proposition.

  • Follow up with your KPIs & leads.

  • Take part in or lead internal projects in order to continuously improve our processes.

Profil recherché

🥇 You would be a great match if you have :

  • Finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (or equivalent).

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales.

  • A hunter’s mindset - not afraid to pick up the phone. ☎️

  • Perfect French and English communication skills, both verbal & written.

  • Experience using Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist & Lusha is a plus.

  • If you have experience in entrepreneurship, the associative field, or anything similar, please bring it forward!

And if you are :

  • Autonomous, proactive & a great team player.

  • Willing to take part in an entrepreneurial project with a positive impact.

  • Willing to learn, open to giving and receiving feedback, and transparent.

  • Ambitious: you feel at home in a start-up and fast-paced environment.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Submit your resume and a convincing motivation letter including why carbon accounting, why Welow, and why you!

  • To go further, submit a short project including who you think Welow’s Ideal Customer Profile is, and a 3-4 steps outreach to this ICP

  • 30m call with Julien, the CEO

  • 30min technical call to test some of your skills

  • Final call to wrap up with Lucas, CTO & co-founder (30 min)
