The Role

As an SDR at Flowie, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Conduct initial outreach and set up meetings for Account Executives.

  • Maintain relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.

  • Report directly to the VP Sales and work closely with the CRO.

Profil recherché

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably as an SDR.

  • Proficiency in both English and French.

  • Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales.

  • Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Results-driven and self-motivated.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Interview with the VP Sales.

  2. Interview with the CRO.

  3. Meet-ups with members of the tech team and the business team.

  4. Final interview with the CEO.
