Descriptif du poste

Fairly Made

FAIRLY MADE® is a French scale-up helping fashion brands become more transparent and sustainable. Its SaaS platform enables brands to take back control of their supply chain data and improve their environmental and social impact—not just on paper, but in practice.

Founded in 2018 by Camille Le Gal and Laure Betsch, this fast-growing mission-driven company has raised €20 million to date, including a €15 million round in 2025 led by BNP Paribas Solar Impulse Venture Fund, GET Fund, ETF Partners, and Frenchfounders. The company aims to establish itself as the leader in a rapidly expanding market.

Fairly Made supports brands across five key pillars: Traceability, Impact Measurement, Eco-design, Supply Chain, and Communication.

From raw supplier data all the way to a transparent Digital Product Passport that the end consumer can scan.

Your mission

As Head of Product, you make the product a driver of growth and impact for Fairly Made. You turn the product vision into clear priorities, a readable roadmap and measurable value.

Your main priorities are the day-to-day performance of your product team and strong collaboration with the other teams at Fairly Made, especially Tech and Sales.

Your performance will mainly be measured on delivery of quarterly commitments, the adoption and value of the features shipped, and the growth of your team.

1. Drive prioritization and delivery (~30%)

  • Deliver the current quarter and prepare the next one, together with the Head of Engineering

  • Steer all squads through clear visual reporting

  • Make scope/timeline trade-offs with the Head of Engineering and flag risks early

  • Run the weekly Product & Tech meeting

2. Lead and develop the Product team (~30%)

  • Work alongside the team every day to spot and resolve issues

  • Adapt your management style to each person to help the team grow and perform

  • Set and track individual and team objectives

  • Expect the team to know the product (figures, usage, details) and our customers (who they are, their challenges) in depth

3. Shape product evolutions and ensure consistency (~20%)

  • Design and scope the product changes needed to reach Product & Tech objectives

  • Ensure overall consistency (UX, logic, positioning)

  • Track usage metrics and benchmark against competitors

  • Understand the international, regulatory and methodological specifics of our products

4. Champion the customer voice and work across teams (~20%)

  • Be the main product contact for Sales, including the “Product Minute” at the Sales Monday Kicker

  • Communicate clearly what is prioritized and what is not

  • Meet customers and prospects every week

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects

  • Contribute to company strategy with the other Heads: next year’s priorities and cross-functional risks raised to the Executive Committee

Profil recherché

Hard Skills

  • Product design, prioritization & delivery experience: proven ability to build a realistic quarterly roadmap and deliver on commitments.

  • Data-driven management: strong command of product KPIs (adoption, value created, etc.) and ability to guide decisions through metrics.

  • Fast learner: ability to quickly master complex topics such as technical, regulatory or scientific concepts.

  • Strong technical background: understanding of architecture constraints and ability to make effective trade-offs with the Head of Engineering.

Soft Skills

  • Calm leadership: ability to engage calmly with all kinds of stakeholders, even in tense situations.

  • Strong empathy, enough to manage people with diverse profiles.

  • Ability to make quick trade-offs and sometimes say no under uncertainty, and to stand by those decisions.

  • In this role, you will listen to many stakeholders, but you will also have to disappoint many of them. The role is political by nature and calls for strong persuasion, empathy and communication skills.

  • High standards: demanding about product quality, preparation and collective performance.

Benefits

  • 📈 Fast-growing scale-up: x3 sales growth in 1 year / team expanded from 3 to 60 people in 3 years / €5m fund-raising in 2022 and international expansion;

  • 🤝 A 360° view of the company’s development: your opinion and involvement will always be welcome on related subjects;

  • 🌏 A meaningful mission: working together to make a positive impact in the textile industry

  • 🚍 50% refund of transportation or Sustainable Mobility Package (Forfait mobilité durable)

  • 🏀 Sports benefits program with GymLib
