What is Collective? 🔥

Collectives aims to be the SaaS platform for freelancer teams (also known as collectives). We believe the future of independent work will be in teams and this is why we are very ambitious at helping collectives to operate by giving them a marketplace and the tools to succeed.

Some numbers we achieved in less than 6 months:

• ~200 collectives joined the Collective platform
• 100+ companies submitted end-to-end project opportunities to collectives
• Build an ambitious team of 5 people, with 3 more to come in a few months! 🚀

What you will do ⚡

We’re building the Saas our collectives will use to operate. The product is in the making and we need your help!
As the first Frontend Engineer, you will work hand in hand with Paul our CTO and the team to build the first version of the Collective platform and make the experience unbelievable!
As a core team member, we expect you to have a major impact both on making an awesome product and on shaping the company culture!

This means you will:

• Work on Collective’s projects from conception to completion
• Act as the end technical decision-maker for the front-end stack
• Learn from customer feedback and choose which feature to focus on
• Ensure smooth deployment, continual operation and help in the scaling of the product
• Contribute to building our engineering team : mentoring developers, participate in technical reviews, recruitment, architecture, design systems…

Requirements

• 3+ years in frontend development. Nice-to-have: passed experiences in B2B SaaS and/or service company
• 👨‍💻 Be proficient in Typescript and React
• 📱A sensibility for the product + UI/UX: you’ll work hand in hand with the product and design team of eFounders, and we definitely want you to take an active part to the discussions
• 🚀 Entrepreneur-mindset: you have the unique opportunity to get onboard Collective at the very start and we are looking for entrepreneurs to run this amazing challenge and help us build the #futureofwork!
• 👯 Team player: at Collective we value collaborative minds willing to team up with our fun and growing team, our collectives, and our clients!
