The Business Development Representative will be part of the Batch Sales team. This team has already signed over 500 blue chip accounts in France and Europe and wants to sign 5,000 more! Come and be a part of this elite team and play a key role in helping them achieve this objective 🔥🔥🔥
Your goal is to generate the maximum relevant sales opportunities for the Key Account Manager thanks to your ability to recognise, identify and engage new customers.
You are curious, rigorous and independent and you are made for a career in Sales.
You are passionate about everything digital and are always learning new Sales techniques.
Customer relationships are your thing.
The ideal candidate will already have experience (or an internship) in digital industry and is looking to consolidate their skills and develop further.
English : bilingual or mother tongue
Batch follows the same procedure for all its interviews with 4 simple and clear steps for each candidate:
1 - Initial call and introduction (15 to 30 minutes).
2 - Face-to-face interview with HR and the relevant Team Leader (45 minutes).
3 - Conduct and complete a case study, in person or remotely, presenting to 4 or 5 Batch employees.
4 - Meeting with one of the Batch founders (30 to 45 minutes).
At the end of this 4-step process, Batch will make a job offer to the successful candidate.
