Install, configure, monitor, and maintain the Rayvolve software in partners’ infrastructures.
Deploy new releases and patches for Rayvolve
Manage and resolve client technical support requests efficiently.
Oversee the application of Quality System Management processes for client complaints, in collaboration with the Quality team
Develop and maintain automation tools for Rayvolve installation (using Ansible, shell scripts, etc.).
Enhance operational processes to streamline installation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with the Business teams to convert deals from a free trial phase to a paying phase.
Work closely with the Product team to gather and provide insights on client experiences and Rayvolve installations
3-4 years of experience in system administration and technical support
Tech requirements: Linux, VPN, Network, Firewall, SSH, Shell Scripting, Ansible, OVA, Docker
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills & collaborative mindset
Willing to have a positive impact on our healthcare structures
Bonus points:
Experience in the medical tech or AI sector
Experience with Windows OS, Kubernetes, AWS, EC2
Fan of:
Manga (Especially One Piece)
