Our remote policy is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. But our employees get work done in the way that suits them. We are adaptable so that our team feels the most comfortable. It is up to them and their manager to come up with the best schedule. (But we do love it when everyone is in the office. It means more chats around the coffee machine!)
