Vestiaire Collective is looking for Americas Operations Project Manager

About the role

You will report to the VP International Operations and will be working with our Americas teams to support our growth within the region.

What you’ll be doing

Your mission will have two different phases:

First step is to locate and transfer our operations to a new facility. Seizing the transfer opportunity to review our processes and productivity in order to implement a lean program within our operations.

Second step is to design our Americas footprint to support our growth through network design review and new premium services implementation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Define the program (mission, vision), set goals, analyze data and define improvements that are quantified with metrics
  • Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems
  • Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance during the project phase
  • Create, communicate, and handle budget of the project

Operations Management:

  • Use detailed data analysis and logic to understand and manage daily, regional performance
  • Support the business growth through an appropriate and measured delivery network,
  • Think creatively to find ways to continuously improve our customer proposition related to the availability, reliability and efficiency of our delivery network
  • Model, plan and control financial costs to reach efficiency targets (ensure & adapt our capabilities to the business growth)
  • Structure efficient collaborations and strong relationships with other operational pillars and non-Operations stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Growth, Central and/or Product)
  • Understand the operational, legal and competitive landscape – to ensure we are constantly evolving and innovating to respond to needs

Who you are

  • Excellent proficiency in Project management and / or Operations management
  • Experience in program/project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Capacity to scale processes to ensure tasks automation where possible
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in either Project management or Operations management is required
  • A prior experience within business expansion project would be a plus
  • Be structured, organized, motivated by startup mindset (transversal topics management, wide range of topics)
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
