    Let's talk about Client Solutions Engineering (CSE) ⭐️

    Client Solutions Engineering team is part of the Tech organisation, and is responsible for facilitating clients’ integrations, by providing the best tools, such as technical documentation or best practices guides, and accompany them in all phases of the project lifecycle: from pre-sale to go live, but also day to day troubleshooting or improvements. The CSE team has a central position, between commercial and account management teams, but also product and development teams. The role will be based in our Poland office, and will focus on the Polish market, working directly with Harold Carrel Billiard, Lead CSE. Working autonomously in a fast-changing environment, having an impact on the growth of a successful company, making transport greener in the cities, solving real-life problems - these are just a few things representing the role. As Stuart grows, the team grows which means there's lots of room for real career development! 💫

    What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Owning Technical relationships with clients and taking responsibility for quality integrations in Poland, as well as other International countries, with support of your team. 
  • Being the go-to person on technical matters for internal teams including Commercial and Account management teams. 
  • Ensure coherence and quality of both internal and external content written by the CSE team, including our API documentation and Developer Portal. 
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and escalating detected issues when necessary.
  • Keep track of known issues, and manage clients and internal stakeholder expectations
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Great ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in managing technical projects such as API integrations or similar
  • Initiative and perseverance to overcome challenges
  • Passionate about improving communication processes and relationships with clients
  • 2+ years experience in managing technical projects such as API integrations or similar
  • Any technical, communication, or business studies
