The Sales team combines sales and pre-sales functions. 📈 Its mission is to identify and offer the best solutions for our customers. The team is made of :

The "Delivery Operations" department is made up of several key players who intervene throughout the project. (Customer Success, Project Support, Scripting, Sampling & Insights)
These consumer research experts are responsible for supporting our clients in the implementation of our social media campaigns, data collection and strategic recommendations. They are the guarantors of success and customer satisfaction (NPS), throughout the project until the delivery of the results.
Louis Delaoustre is our COO. He is responsible for the revenue and performance of the company. He is the one who aligns the front line teams: sales, Delivery teams, marketing and RevOps. He is an expert in processes and performance.
