Here's our CEO's Memo 2024 to help you understand Partoo's strategy for this year (growth, ambitions, objectives, etc.).


Partoo created its legal team in 2022 which consists of three members: the Legal Manager (Camila), our dedicated Legal Intern (Sherif)) and the Legal Counsel that we are looking for! Among the main missions, we handle contract review and negotiation with customers, partners, and vendors, ensuring compliance of Partoo's services and products with existing laws and regulations, as well as providing support to our operational teams.


  • Handle the review of NDAs, IT Customer Business Agreements, MSAs, SLAs and DPAs, and corresponding legal negotiations with international stakeholders
  • Participate in GDPR compliance projects, ensuring Partoo’s ongoing compliance across Europe and the operational implementation of data privacy policies
  • Draft and update of internal templates, with respective Playbooks and teams’ trainings
  • Provide practical legal advice to the operational teams on applicable laws and regulations (mainly regarding privacy, IP/IT and contractual law).

  • Specialization in IT, IP, or Data Privacy (BAC+5 or equivalent) is required
  • Between 3 and 5 years of post-qualification experience as in-house legal counsel is necessary; demonstrating expertise in handling various legal matters and contract negotiations, particularly in IT/business agreements, DPAs, and related areas
  • Proficiency in English and French, with the ability to effectively articulate complex legal concepts in both languages
  • Interest in the B2B sector, along with a strong appetite for innovative subjects is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, providing legal guidance in a clear and accessible manner
  • Demonstrated traits of being organized, pragmatic, curious, and a rigorous team player are highly valued

  • Previous experience in Compliance matters (GDPR, among others)
  • Fluency in Italian or Portuguese are a plus 🇵🇹🇮🇹
  • Previous work experience in a law firm or start-up

  • Remote working : 2 days per week / 6 weeks per year from abroad (work from anywhere policy) after 1 year of seniority. 🛜
