Czech technology company Livesport was founded in 2006 by Martin Hájek and Jiří Mareš. Initially, their website Livesport.cz was targeted at Czech users, but the company soon began expanding its services under the Flashscore brand to other European countries and beyond to other continents. After web platforms, mobile applications for Android and iOS followed in 2013.
Currently, Livesport provides users with scores, statistics, news, and other instant information from more than 35 different sports. Every month, about 100 million people from around the world open one of the websites or apps provided by Livesport.
