Matthieu, CEO of Iceberg Data Lab, has 20 years of experience in banking, sustainable finance and innovation.Matthieu started his professional career in the energy industry, at Electricité de France, first in national dispatching and then as a pricing engineer.
He then joined BNP Paribas, where he worked for more than 10 years in various positions, including as Project Manager of the Corporate and Institutional Banking ESG Screening and as a Director within the Sustainable Finance Team on Green Loan structuration and origination. Matthieu then became CEO of Carbon4 Finance and accelerated the development of that French climate data provider.
He is the CEO and co-Founder of Iceberg Data Lab.

Sophie Pruvost joined Iceberg Data Lab (IDL) as Head of Sales and Client Coverage in 2023, an independent green fintech company providing quality, science-based environmental data solutions for financial institutions. With over 15 years’ experience working in finance and ESG, Sophie leads IDL’s sales team, defining targets, analysing market trends and developing sales strategies as the firm’s client base grows rapidly.
Sophie joined IDL from ISS, an ESG Research and Data provider, where she spent 13 years in numerous positions including Executive Director and Head of Responsible Investment Institutional Sales for France & Southern Europe. In this role, Sophie led the ISS ESG and Governance Sales team. Prior to ISS, Sophie was the Team Lead for the Governance Consultants and Client Service Team at MSCI Inc.
Sophie holds a Master Degree in International Management and Business from Ecole de Commerce Européenne (INSEEC Group) in Lyon.

Félix est analyste ESG chez Iceberg Data Lab depuis 2 ans.
Après son baccalauréat il passe d'abord par les classes préparatoires scientifiques puis par l'ISAE-SUPAERO, une école d'ingénieurs aéronautique. Au cours de ses études, il se spécialise dans le domaine de l'énergie et des transports et est initié aux enjeux du changement climatique.
Convaincu que la finance a son rôle à jouer pour accompagner la transition écologique, il rejoint Iceberg Data Lab en stage de fin d'études en 2021 dans le but d'aider le secteur à se décarboner.
Il est embauché à plein temps par la suite et est désormais responsable de l'analyse environnementale des projets touchant aux secteurs de l'Électricité, des Eaux et du Traitement des déchets.
Son métier consiste à développer des modèles d'évaluation d'impact ainsi que des indicateurs sur le climat et la biodiversité puis les appliquer sur un univers d'entreprises.

Lisa is an ESG analyst with experience in responsible investment and environmental impact assessment. With growing demand from regulators and stakeholders, Lisa is convinced that analytical tools that can be trusted are crucial to promote a sustainable model for society and empower the financial sector to play a leadership role in the low-carbon transition. It is precisely this challenge that drew her to join the MSc Sustainable Finance at Kedge Business School where she graduated in 2023 after acquiring financial and ESG data analytical skills. She also holds a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Aberdeen, which has allowed her to develop an enlarged perspective of the different ESG issues linked to the ecological transition from both an extra-financial and a macroeconomic point of view.
Lisa joined Iceberg Data Lab for an end of study internship in 2021 after which she was hired as a full time ESG analyst, and is now responsible for the textile, automotive, and transportation sectors. Her role includes the environmental assessment of companies across their entire supply chain, meaning all scopes of emissions of what companies consume and produce. She is also involved in the methodological development of impact assessment models on biodiversity and other environmental indicators.

Guillaume est tech lead du développement back-end chez Iceberg Data Lab.
Il s'est d'abord spécialisé dans le secteur de l'aéronautique lors de ses études d'ingénieur à l'École CentraleSupélec et a débuté sa vie professionnelle dans ce secteur.
Au fil de ses expériences, le développement informatique a pris en importance jusqu’à devenir une passion.
Chez Iceberg Data Lab, Guillaume a pu retrouver des sujets techniques de haute complexité sous-jacents aux enjeux environnementaux portés par l’entreprise.
