Tech & Product Team
At Dalma, we believe that it is through innovative features and an optimal user experience on our app, as well as efficient internal processes, that we will become the reference in animal health care.
This is why our Tech and Product teams work hand in hand to develop the best features for our customers.
The Tech team is made up of Frontend and Backend developers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects, in charge of our serverless infrastructure. The Product team includes Product Managers and Product Designers.

Our Marketing team
Our Marketing team is made up of:
- 🚀 The Growth Team, responsible for identifying the most effective acquisition channels, whether through digital marketing, partnerships with industry professionals, or other innovative means, to acquire new customers or generate leads. The north star in this team: growth!
- 💖 The Brand Team, whose mission is to strengthen Dalma's brand awareness and image. They actively participate in the development of creative marketing campaigns, guarantee the respect and consistency of the brand image and graphic charter across our various channels, animate our social networks, and develop relationships with our ambassadors.
Their main common mission? To keep coming up with original ideas to help us stand out from the crowd and make Dalma shine!
The support teams
The support teams are like the superheroes of a company: they help and support all the other teams.
- The People team is dedicated to Dalma's employees. It is responsible for recruiting the best talent and ensuring their well-being and development, by creating an inclusive, caring, and stimulating environment.
- The Finance team is responsible for the company's accounts. It plans the budget and carries out financial reporting and accounting to achieve the company's strategic objectives. It establishes and manages all financial indicators and ensures that we meet our financial and tax obligations.
- Finally, the Legal & Insurance team oversees the company's legal compliance, ensuring that all our activities comply with current legislation. It also offers its expertise to any departments that may need it, notably to draft contracts or help manage potential disputes.
The Sales team
The Sales team plays a crucial role in Dalma's development and growth: true ambassadors of our brand, they are responsible for advising our prospects and promoting our product to cat and dog parents.
Their mission is to build strong relationships with our potential customers, understand their specific needs, and offer appropriate and tailored solutions.
Customer Support team
Did you know that Dalma is the highest-rated pet health insurance on the market? 🌟We couldn’t achieve that without our Customer Care teams.
Right from the beginning, we've made the customer experience our priority! Our Customer Care team is composed of a Customer Support team, in charge of answering our customers' requests and questions, and a Customer Claim team, responsible for processing veterinary claims within 48 hours.
They are experts in animal health and customer experience.
