Right from the beginning, we've made the customer experience our priority! Our Customer Care team is composed of a Customer Support team, in charge of answering our customers' requests and questions, and a Customer Claim team, responsible for processing veterinary claims within 48 hours.

They are experts in animal health and customer experience.

Tech & Product Team

At Dalma, we believe that it is through innovative features and an optimal user experience on our app, as well as efficient internal processes, that we will become the reference in animal health care.

This is why our Tech and Product teams work hand in hand to develop the best features for our customers.

The Tech team is made up of Frontend and Backend developers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects, in charge of our serverless infrastructure. The Product team includes Product Managers and Product Designers.

  • The People team is dedicated to Dalma's employees. It is responsible for recruiting the best talent and ensuring their well-being and development, by creating an inclusive, caring, and stimulating environment.
  • The Finance team is responsible for the company's accounts. It plans the budget and carries out financial reporting and accounting to achieve the company's strategic objectives. It establishes and manages all financial indicators and ensures that we meet our financial and tax obligations.
  • Finally, the Legal & Insurance team oversees the company's legal compliance, ensuring that all our activities comply with current legislation. It also offers its expertise to any departments that may need it, notably to draft contracts or help manage potential disputes.
