Maxime began coding at age 8. In 2007, he founded Adyax, a digital agency that grew to 500 employees and was later sold to Smile. In 2020, he co-founded code.store — under his leadership, code.store has consistently doubled its revenue yearly.

Maxime has contributed to over 100 media re-platforming projects globally and is a sought-after consultant and speaker in the media technology sector, advising major outlets like The Washington Post.

Olga began her career in digital project management in 2008, developing a strong foundation in web technologies and client delivery. Over the years, she has successfully managed projects across multiple industries, including retail, insurance, and publishing, and has taken on diverse roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Solution Architect.

In 2020, she joined code.store as one of its core team members, bringing her deep operational expertise and client-centric mindset. Today, Olga plays a key role in ensuring project excellence, cross-team collaboration, and the delivery of impactful digital solutions — with over 40 successful projects already to her credit and many more to come.
