🌱 CSR
When it comes to CSR, we are stronger in tangible actions than in words... For specialists in climate risk analysis, this is a good thing, isn't it?"
✨Openness and fairness
Talent is a question of commitment and surpassing oneself, it has neither age nor borders.
At Addactis, we recognise that climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, not only for insurers but for all economic sectors...
Our strategy is based on two pillars: Advanced modelling solutions to better understand and anticipate climate risks; Support for the practical transformation of our customers.
The aim is to turn these challenges into opportunities, so that climate risk management becomes a true lever for resilience and competitiveness for our customers.
“Being a climatologist in a RiskTech company such as Addactis in the insurance world means being able to combine the exciting world of research with the production of solutions that enable our customers to deal effectively with the uncertainties caused by climate change.”
Franck, Climate Scientist
“At Addactis, we believe in helping our people reach their full potential. If you're ready to dive into a dynamic, innovative and growing Tech company where you can learn and grow, then we want to hear from you! Join us!”
Marion, HR Business Partner
At Addactis, devolpment is first of all having the opportunity to grow, to learn, to broaden your horizons and your skills in contact with experts/mentors who have a sense of teaching and transmission.
It also means being able to develop your position according to your ambitions and your personal balance: extending your responsibilities, managing a team, developing your commercial talents through contact with our clients, enriching your skills within another business practice, another product area or another technology, but also, thanks to our international presence, considering geographical relocation to one of our offices.
“I've had the chance to evolve a lot since I started at Addactis: I joined as a junior developer in 2012, then I had the opportunity to do some project management. During the company's agile transformation, I was on the front line, in the roles of developer and Scrum Master. ”
Anthony, Head of Product Delivery
For a growing company, recruiting talent is just the tip of the iceberg. At Addactis, we put just as much energy into promoting our employees by offering them the means to develop and progress at their own pace and according to their aspirations. Our internal training process offers the opportunity to develop skills in a variety of technical areas.
The Addactis "Young Talents" program also allows students to be guided in the success of their diploma and their thesis by our senior managers on R&D topics that are available for internships and work-study programs.
“I've received high-quality support from my very first days right through to the present day. The support and technical expertise of my supervisors have enabled me to progress in the best possible conditions.”
Mathilde, Consultante, Pricing & Analytics P&C

Throughout the year, the life of each Addactis office is animated by afterworks, workshops and teambuildings, festive events that maintain our value of shared enthusiasm. Addactis also encourages and financially supports employees' initiatives in terms of sports and community involvement, as well as the ARSEP (Association for Research into Multiple Sclerosis) by setting up an internal "Running for a Cause" challenge.
