As Head of Product Design, you will define and drive Yakeey’s design strategy across our product ecosystem (Marketplace, Credit, Mobile App, Valuation). Your mission: ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience at every touchpoint, and build a scalable design system that supports our product vision.

You’ll lead the product design team, own the evolution of the design system, and collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to deliver meaningful, elegant, and high-converting experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Yakeey’s global product design system

• Manage and mentor the product design team (organization, quality, growth)

• Take an active role in product discovery and user research

• Ensure consistency and excellence across web, mobile, and all user journeys

• Lead user testing initiatives with our key audiences (agents, individuals, notaries…)

• Contribute to UX-led conversion and engagement optimization

You’re passionate about design as a lever for impact—blending form and function to create products that users love. You combine a strong design craft with strategic thinking, and you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You want to build design as a product function—not just a service.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design

• Proven expertise in design systems, prototyping, mobile-first UX, accessibility

• Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes

• Experience leading or mentoring product designers

• Structured, curious, and detail-oriented with a bias for action

• Strong communication and leadership skills
