We’re looking for a versatile Senior Designer to elevate our design craft and support our most strategic initiatives.
At Welcome to the Jungle, we’re transforming how companies hire and how talent finds meaningful work. As we scale our AI-native platform, we need a Senior Product Designer who can wear multiple hats: push our Design System to new heights, contribute to foundational product experiences, and mentor talented designers to reach the next level.
This is not a traditional single-squad role. You’ll work across multiple teams and projects, bringing your expertise where it’s needed most while helping establish design excellence as a competitive advantage across our products.
What makes this opportunity unique:
You’ll shape foundational experiences that impact all our products. Working with our Platform team (PM Emmanuel, EM Pascal), you’ll design transversal experiences like navigation, settings, billing, and admin interfaces that touch every user. Recent projects include redesigning our all-in-one navigation (shipping Q2 2026), building our new settings architecture, and establishing our pricing/billing UX foundation. These are high-leverage projects where your decisions influence the entire product ecosystem; and this will be your primary focus.
You’ll be the Design System expert the team needs.Our Design System exists and is maintained by the entire team, but we need someone with deep expertise to elevate everyone’s systems thinking. You’ll share your knowledge through mentoring, design reviews, and hands-on contributions : improving documentation, refining components, and introducing sophisticated micro-interactions. This isn’t a Design System Manager role, but your expertise will unlock the entire team’s ability to ship experiences where every detail feels intentional and craft is a competitive advantage.
You’ll mentor and elevate a Confirmed designer on our top-priority product. Lara is leading design on our AI-native ATS (our most strategic initiative for 2026), and she needs a senior partner for pair-design on complex features and general mentorship. You’ll help her grow while contributing your expertise to critical product decisions.
You’ll have clarity and structure in a flexible environment. You’ll work with Sandy (your Design Manager) to establish a clear working agreement each quarter defining your priorities and focus areas. While you’ll have the agility to adapt as needs evolve, you’ll always know where to focus your energy and won’t be pulled in conflicting directions.
You’ll join a design team with high standards and big ambitions. You’ll collaborate with Pauline and Claire (Senior Designers), learn from Janina (Lead Designer), and contribute to a culture that values craft, user-centered thinking, and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day will look like:
Platform is your primary home (where you’ll spend most of your time): Design high-impact transversal experiences that serve all our products : from navigation and search to settings, billing, and admin interfaces. You’ll work with Emmanuel (PM) and Pascal (EM) in 2-week cycles, using Figma and Linear to ship solutions that improve everyone’s experience.
Design System expertise (ongoing mentoring & contributions): Share your deep knowledge of design systems with the team through design reviews, pair-design sessions, and hands-on improvements to documentation and components. The entire team maintains the Design System together, but your expertise helps everyone level up their systems thinking and craft.
ATS support & mentoring (strategic contributions): Collaborate with Lara through pair-design on complex features, provide feedback and strategic guidance, and help her level up her craft and product thinking. Your experience will accelerate both the product and her growth.
Beyond these core areas, you’re an active member of our design community: bi-monthly design chapters where you’ll contribute to strategic discussions, weekly design critiques where your expert feedback helps everyone grow, and informal mentoring moments that elevate the entire team’s craft.
You’ll work in an international environment (France/UK teams), with the autonomy to make decisions and the responsibility to deliver excellence. You have 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a proven track record of shipping complex B2B SaaS products and contributing to design systems at scale. You’ve built, maintained, or significantly improved design systems and understand design tokens, component architecture, documentation best practices, and micro-interactions.
You’re versatile and thrive in dynamic environments. You can context-switch between Design System work, product features, and mentoring without losing momentum. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, adapting as priorities shift, and bringing clarity to uncertain situations.
You’re an exceptional collaborator and mentor. You’ve helped other designers grow through pair-design, feedback, or coaching. You communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners (PM, EM, engineers) in both French and English, and you know how to influence without authority.
You have exceptional craft fundamentals. You create elegant, structured interfaces with meticulous attention to detail. Your work demonstrates systems thinking, scalability, and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns—the kind of polish that sets great products apart.

You take ownership beyond your immediate projects.
