Main Role and Responsibilities:
As a CRM Ops, you will help the team in ensuring the efficiency and alignment of our Marketing and Sales processes, focusing on our unique platform: HubSpot CRM.
Your role is to ensure data quality, support the administration of this tool, and assist in the production of reliable reports based on it.
This role is essential to providing the management team and operational teams with the data they need to drive performance via HubSpot.
Your Mission: HubSpot Support Areas
The success of your job will be measured by your ability to support the team in these three fundamental areas, all centred on HubSpot:
Infrastructure and Data Support:
Data Governance: Actively participate in database cleansing (deduplication, standardisation) directly in HubSpot.
Integrity: Ensure compliance and quality of external data imports into HubSpot.
Administration: Help the team maintain CRM configuration (properties, custom objects, views), manage access rights, and document custom properties.
Process Optimisation & Automation:
Workflows: Assist in the creation, testing, and documentation of automation workflows (e.g., lead assignment, status updates) in HubSpot.
Sales Alignment: Contribute to the optimisation of lead scoring and engagement sequences to ensure a smooth transition of leads from Marketing to Sales via the Sales Hub.
User Support: Assist users (Marketing/Sales) in resolving first-level issues with the use of HubSpot.
Reporting and Analysis:
Dashboards: Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and analytical reports exclusively in HubSpot (Marketing and Sales Hub) to track key KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.).
Data Preparation: Extract and prepare data sets for analysis, directly from HubSpot.
Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of bottlenecks in the conversion funnel based on CRM data.
The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, searches).
HubSpot expertise: Strong interest and/or proven experience with HubSpot (ideally Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub certification).
Rigour: You are known for your rigour, organisation, and attention to detail.
Proactivity: Curious and proactive, with an ability to identify problems in the tool and propose solutions.
Languages:Fluent English (B2/C1) required to work in an international context and use HubSpot’s documentary resources and French is a plus.
Availability: As soon as possible.
