Join Thinkeo and help power our multi-agent AI platform with a high-performance Rust backend. As our Rust Back-End Developer, you’ll design scalable, reliable systems, work with cutting-edge AI orchestration, and ship features from idea to production.

What you’ll do

• Build and improve our orchestration layer (DAG execution, stateless agents)

• Develop robust APIs and LLM integrations (completions, RAGs, embeddings, etc.)

• Write clean, well-tested Rust code with Axum and Diesel

• Ensure stability, scaling, and high performance in microservices & Kubernetes

• Collaborate with our SvelteJS frontend team and Product Manager

What we’re looking for

• Strong skills in Rust, or in a similar systems language with the willingness to master Rust

• 3+ years of experience building backend or full-stack systems in production

• Solid SQL expertise, ideally with PostgreSQL and Diesel ORM

• Experience with distributed systems, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Commitment to code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Infrastructure / DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

• Strong focus on testing and clean, reliable code
