The position

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Project Manager, Intern or Trainee.

You will assist the Strategic Project Manager working on cross-functional projects related to Team Vitality’s key business driver, with the aim of contributing to drive our strategic pillars: Performance, Fandom and sustainable business.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Manage the activations execution with the internal agency

  • Work with talent management on players availability and ambassador management

  • Work with organic communication to coordinate social posts

  • Monitor planning & budget to deliver campaign on-time and within budget allocated

  • Monitor KPIs and provide learning & postmortem analysis

Identified projects:

  • Brand

  • Counter Strike

  • Esport World Cup

  • Valorant

  • Rocket League

Additional missions:

  • Esport / Ambassadors support

  • General support on department slides, reporting, etc…


Preferred experience

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French & English, comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders

  • Interest or previous experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment sectors is beneficial

  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn quickly

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Emplifi, Google Suite, etc.) is a plus

Recruitment process

  • Interviews will be held in December and January. First interview with the Strategic Project Manager and second interview with the HR Team

  • The internship is expected to start in January or February and will last for a duration of six months.

  • If it is a work-study contract (apprenticeship), it will start around the same dates but will last one year.
