The position

Job description

As a Trainee in SAP User Management, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of SAP user accounts. You will gain hands-on experience in managing user access, roles, and permissions within the SAP environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to develop their skills in SAP and user management :

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of SAP user accounts.

  • Support the assignment and management of user roles and permissions.

  • Monitor and report on user access and activities to ensure compliance with security policies.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve user access issues.

  • Participate in user training and provide support to end-users on SAP-related queries.

  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of user management activities.


Preferred experience

Skills and knowledge required :

  • A strong interest in SAP and user management.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

  • Basic understanding of IT and software applications.

  • English is a must (minimum level B2)

Technological environment :

  • Prior experience or coursework in SAP or user management

  • Familiarity with IT security policies and procedures

Contributions of the internship :

  • Knowledge of the aeronautics sector
