As our offering grows and evolves, we are creating a key position dedicated to supporting our sales teams. You will join our Sales Support and Customised Solutions Department within our Power Conversion Business Line, which accounts for 50% of the Group's turnover, including services.
Working closely with the training centre, sales teams, product marketing and experts, you will play a central role in restructuring and rolling out training programmes related to our solutions.
Your mission will contribute directly to the company's position as an expert, by promoting the development of skills within our internal sales force and our distributor partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse knowledge needs regarding the product/service offering and associated applications through an audit of the existing training programme and interviews with sales, product marketing and experts.
- Translate these needs into a structured development plan, aligned with the commercial strategy and positioning of the product/service offerings.
- Coordinate the updating and deployment of training courses with our training department and various internal contributors (experts, product marketing, trainers) in EMEA, NAM and APAC, taking into account local specificities and internal contributors.
- Collaborate with the training centre to monitor trends in innovative teaching approaches and learning tools in order to offer methods adapted to different profiles and contexts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken and adjust programmes based on feedback from the field, ensuring regular updates in line with changes in offerings and the market.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of higher education with experience in project management or technical marketing.
- Solid understanding of electrical energy conversion solutions or complex technical environments.
- Skills in electrical engineering or electronics.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) due to the international nature of the position.
