Reporting to the Packaging Manager, you will join Socomec’s Corporate Marking team, supporting all Group plants in Tunisia and internationally.
You will contribute to continuous improvement, compliance, and standardization of marking solutions, in close collaboration with the sustaining engineering (vie‑série), certification, IT, and production teams.

Responsibilities

1. Continuous improvement of labels

• Update and improve label print templates in response to internal customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Create marking plans in line with the graphic design guidelines, while respecting process‑related technical constraints.
• Test, validate, and roll out solutions with plants and field teams.
• Administer databases containing key label‑related elements.

2. Technical support to plants

• Analyze marking issues encountered in production.
• Work with IT teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.

3. Deployment of a Group‑wide standardized marking solution

• Contribute to the deployment of a standardized marking system across the Group.
• Manage the transfer of product references to the new Group standard.

Qualifications 

• Engineer or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation. 
• Ideally, experience in managing printing or marking solutions. 
• Strong interest in IT topics, databases, and data processing. 
• Basic knowledge of printing technologies: thermal transfer, laser, pad printing (tampography). 
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent). 
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. 
• Knowledge of label printing tools or data management software is an additional asset. 
• Proficiency in French and English.
