Kiln is now part of the prestigious French Government program #FT120 from La French Tech! 🎉 🇫🇷

We’re looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support and optimise Kiln’s GTM systems and processes. You’ll work across HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Looker, and Clay to help maintain data accuracy, improve workflows, and support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their RevOps career who wants broad exposure to full-funnel operations, automation, reporting, and cross-functional enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Workflow Support

  • Support the documentation and optimisation of revenue processes across the customer lifecycle (lead management, deal stages, onboarding).

  • Assist in maintaining process consistency across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Partnerships.

  • Help identify bottlenecks and operational gaps, proposing improvements with guidance from senior RevOps team members.

  • Contribute to pipeline hygiene efforts ensuring deals, activities, and lifecycle stages are up to date.

Automation & Integration

  • Build and maintain basic Zapier/n8n workflows with support for more complex automations.

  • Assist in developing Clay enrichment workflows and simple scripts for data cleanup or routing.

  • Monitor automations and flag issues or opportunities to improve efficiency.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and field standardisation.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Sheets to support GTM teams with visibility into:

    • Pipeline health

    • Lead and deal funnel metrics

    • Customer lifecycle progress

  • Assist with regular audits of HubSpot and related systems to ensure data accuracy.

  • Support ad hoc data requests from Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Support the running of the deal desk and deal review process

Sales, CS & Marketing Enablement

  • Help create training materials and documentation for new processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for HubSpot issues and escalate more complex queries.

  • Support GTM teams with list pulls, workflow checks, enrichment tasks, and reporting questions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, CS, and Marketing to understand their operational needs and translate them into system or process changes.

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly GTM reporting and KPI analysis.

  • Contribute to cross-functional alignment on lifecycle definitions, data standards, and reporting consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

Required (2+ years)

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a data-focused GTM role (preferably in SaaS).

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (workflows, properties, reporting).

  • Basic to intermediate experience with Zapier or n8n.

  • Strong Google Sheets skills (lookup formulas, pivot tables, basic Apps Script a plus).

  • Experience with data enrichment or automation tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or Cognism.

  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn best practices in RevOps.

  • Interest in the crypto industry (experience preferred but not required).

  • London based (hybrid).

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to crypto, blockchain, or staking concepts.

  • Experience with other integration or reporting tools.

  • Comfort with basic scripting (Python, JS, or similar).

  • Experience building dashboards in Looker.

  • SQL exposure (queries, joins, simple analyses).
