🎯 Your Role: Driving Evidence-Based Decision-Making :

As a Senior Biostatistician at QH, you’ll work at the heart of multidisciplinary teams — alongside data scientists, biomedical consultants, and project managers — to generate insights that truly matter.

Your mission will include:

  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to guide statistical strategy and methodological expertise from end to end;

  • Designing robust statistical analysis plans tailored to real-world healthcare questions;

  • Contributing to protocols and methodological sections with scientific rigor;

  • Leading or reviewing complex statistical analyses as well as quality check statistical analyses ;

  • Translating data into actionable insights and presenting results to key players — including clients, health authorities, and academics;

  • Ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.);

  • Staying ahead of the curve on emerging methods and contributing to the dissemination of cutting-edge research;

  • Helping to develop internal expertise, mentoring colleagues, and shaping our methodology.

In addition to your role in the project team, you will also contribute to the evolution of skills and know-how of the company.

Preferred experience

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Health Economics with at least 5 years of experience (industry, consultancy, or academic/public health research);

  • Proficient in biostatistics (including continuous, logistic, and survival regression) and ideally health economics (such as cost-effectiveness analysis, decision-analytic models, and Markov models);

  • Skilled at effectively communicating and simplifying complex methodological concepts for diverse audiences;

  • Excellent working knowledge in statistical programming (Python and/or R);

  • Commitment to delivery and scientific excellence;

  • Organized, proactive, and committed to scientific quality;

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus);

  • Experience working with regulatory agencies.
