The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Organic performance ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant organic growth for clients, and exceptional client relationship management skills.
🧠 Strategic Consulting:
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into comprehensive, multi-channel Organic strategies.
Develop bespoke SEO roadmaps, outlining tactical execution plans, content strategies, technical improvements, and performance measurement frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., paid media, content, analytics) to deliver integrated client solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and technological advancements in Organic performance, providing proactive insights and recommendations to clients.
🤝 High-end Client Relationship Management:
Manage a portfolio of top high-end clients with an international footprint across Europe and the US markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
Present complex data and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance and identify areas for improvement.
📊 Organic performance strategies :
Oversee the end-to-end management of complex Organic performance initiatives, including the creation of full funnel organic strategies on the different search engines, LLM and social platforms.
Technical expertise, Onsite optimisations understanding, Capability to create and manage Digital PR/Offsite campaigns. Ability to audit and deliver comprehensive content strategies.
With the support of our Data team, utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to monitor Organic performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Potentially mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices.
Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and training programs related to Organic performance
